Terms and Conditions:

OSHA PLANS is proud to provide to our customers the finest, proven to be effective technically accurate OSHA compliant safety programs available! Our company strives to bring you the highest quality safety and training products at the greatest value possible. When purchasing OSHA PLANS and MANUALS, safety plans and programs, the terms and conditions set forth in our agreement.

Shipping and Refund Policy: OSHA PLANS and MANUALS is very proud to be one of the few web sites that offer large corporate preferred pricing to small businesses and consumers. All orders are processed the same day as received during normal business hours. Occasionally an item may be delayed. If the delay is more than a day or two, we will contact you for further instructions on the item. REFUND policy is exchange only, NO REFUNDS once you have downloaded your purchase.

Customized orders for E-mail delivery that are placed on Friday after 4:00 pm PST through Sunday, will be sent out on the following Monday.

All order processing is handled by OSHA PLANS, LLC. Their state of the art ordering processing center is located at: 16516 El Camino Real, Suite 401 Houston, TX 77062. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as OSHA PLANS and Manuals. International Orders: Payments for international orders must be completed via our merchant account through authorize.net. Please contact one of our customer representatives for details. Tax and shipping charges are not automatically calculated on international orders. You will be contacted by our Sales Department within 2 business days of placing an international order to confirm shipping, sales tax and other fees which may be associated with export.

All shipping charges are subject to change. Sales Tax: All sales are subject to sales tax. Texas: A 8.25% sales tax will be applied US locations outside of Texas: 0% Outside USA: Please see above International Orders.

Privacy Policy:

You can have complete confidence when ordering products through OSHA PLANS. All transactions are processed through state of the art secured technology. Our rigid security policy and control measures insure your confidential information is handled with the highest professional standards. Errors and Omissions:

We make every effort to insure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or below the current correct price.
