Manlift Operations

Duration: 3 - 4 Hours

Scope of Training:
Lifts are a better way to reach overhead areas and are safer than ladders. However, there are safety precautions that must be followed.

Course Objective:
Student successfully completing this course will be able to perform the following duties:

• Discuss work area safety
• Describe the responsibilities of the operator
• Identify the different types of area lifts
• Describe the required PPE
• Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance
