HAZWOPER - Awareness Training

Duration: 4 Hours

Scope of Training:
This training course is designed to train employees who will most likely witness or discover the release of a hazardous substance and initiate an emergency response sequence by notifying the proper authorities of the release. These employees will take no further action beyond notification of the authorities. This training course is conducted in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120.

• Hazardous materials labeling and placards
• Safety of transporting hazardous materials
• Vehicle used to transport hazardous materials
• How to read and use the Emergency Guide Book
