Rescue Team Building & Development

Duration: Our Rescue Team Building & Development program is designed to give your rescue team the working knowledge to develop and implement action plans, develop individual team member job functions, as well as, intensive skills development in multiple rescue situations. The team building can be geared to any rescue discipline. This unique program will give participants a real world understanding of technical rescue operations and how to work with minimum equipment and manpower while gaining optimum performance and safety. Group and individual evaluations will be conducted and a final report provided to your organization.
